Arrival & payment +
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and possible charges. A 50% deposit is required to secure a room reservation, with the remainder payable on arrival.
Cancellation & refunds +
Refunds are discretionary, ranging from 0% to 50% depending on the reason and management's review. No free-cancellation window is promised. Please obtain the terms applying to your booking from the reservation team before making payment.
Families, pets & accessibility +
Children are welcome and pets are allowed. Extra beds and infant cribs may be requested, subject to confirmation and possible charges. Accessible facilities are available; please contact the resort in advance about specific needs.
Comfort & facilities +
Complimentary Wi-Fi, on-site private parking, 24-hour reception and daily housekeeping are provided. Laundry and ironing may attract additional fees. Indoor areas and rooms are non-smoking; use designated outdoor smoking areas.
Groups, safety & conduct +
Bookings above five rooms may have separate terms. Be considerate to other guests and observe reduced noise after 10 PM. Property damage may be charged. CCTV and secure room access support guest safety; safeguard personal belongings.
Special arrangements +
Special requests and optional activities depend on availability and may incur charges. Event corkage is non-refundable and requires management approval. Fees are subject to confirmation before booking.
